Shipping Information

All orders are freshly baked to order. They are baked on the day and shipped out - we don’t freeze dough everything is fresh.

Due to the large influx of orders we have recieved orders have been delayed. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be prepared, baked and packed before dispatch. orders have been switched off for the time being and we will update our customers via our socials 

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, express depending on your location within Australia. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order label has been printed.

ALLERGEN INFO

We are a nut-free and egg-free bakery and do not physically handle nuts or eggs in our kitchen. However, some ingredients we use, including certain chocolates and confectionery products, may be manufactured in facilities that also process these allergens and therefore carry a "May Contain" statement.

REFUNDS

As we are a food based business and bake fresh we do not offer refunds for change of mind but we are happy to offer a credit note for when you’d like to purchase with us next time!
